With splashes of orange and red on the hour markers and across the dial, the watch has a visual soundtrack that we are told mimics the sound of a race car building up speed...

WatchGecko first observations:
It’s always nice to see a new TAG Heuer range and with the 60th anniversary of the Carrera you can’t blame them from focusing on it. As with all releases at such events we verge from the hugely desirable to the faintly ridiculous. The gold Aquaracers are genuinely stunning and look superb in these early press images. It will be interesting to get hands on but we see no reason to doubt that they will be equally impressive on the wrist. A diamond encrusted Carrera is fine but when it delivers “exceptional levels of anti-magnetism, shock resistance, and stability across temperature ranges” you have to wonder if the marketeers have inadvertently mixed up the promo text of a new Seamaster and this uber-expensive dress watch. We cannot see anyone who buys this watch being too interested in it's Gauss resistance.
