During this busy time, we wanted to share some information and also say thank you.
The last few months of the year are always incredibly busy for us here at WatchGecko with multiple sales, thousands of orders and lots of exciting plans for the new year ahead. 2020 has turned out to be an incredibly unprecedented year for everyone. We are hugely grateful to say that this winter we have continued to stay busy which is all because of your tremendous support.
Today we’d like to share some updates on a few things with you in relation to this busyness.
Black November and Black Friday orders
November is always a hugely busy time for everyone here at WatchGecko and this year (fortunately) is no different. The volume of orders from across the globe has been incredible with the recent Black Friday weekend being especially busy - we’re hugely grateful for your support.
COVID-19 Safety Procedures
You don’t need us to tell you that COVID-19 continues to remain a high threat and is no less of a burden on the way we live our lives than in March 2020. Here at WatchGecko, we’re continuing to follow the government guidance as it is implemented. We’re currently running at a reduced capacity with many of us working from home and reduced numbers working in the office/stock rooms. We’re working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Potential delays due to the volume of orders
Unfortunately due to the huge volume of orders placed on the site recently, there may be some additional delays that are currently in the delivery network. As we’ve said, we’re working hard to get these out to you ASAP.
