Geckota C-04 VK64 Space Age Racing Chronograph Watch

Featuring a fixed full ceramic bezel which has been engraved and filled tachymeter detail. The dial is multi-layered with applied hour markers, which have been filled with BGW09 SuperLuminov.
Powering the C-04 is the chronograph Seiko V64 meca-quartz movement, which has a chronograph 60 minute (max) counting minutes at the 9:00 position, and a 24 hour indicator at the 3:00 position. With a date window positioned at 6:00 makes the watch a very useful time-piece. It is encased in a solid 316L marine grade stainless steel 40mm case.

The SCUBA Diver has honeycomb matrix pattern moulded on the top, and then on the underside of the strap it has a ribbed chevron pattern.

Use of the "tropical weave" Perlon watch strap can be traced back to the British Armed Forces in the 1960's. Popular then thanks to the simple lightweight design and almost infinite adjustability.
With an original vintage design as inspiration we have developed our own Geckota "perlon" range, using an adjustable ladder style buckle, which has been based on a seat belt system from vintage sports cars, and a braided textured nylon material.
