Promotion Overview
This promotional offer ("Promotion") entitles customers to receive 20% off the retail price of all Ridge watch straps and Ridge watch strap sets ("Eligible Products"). The discount has been pre-applied to the price displayed on the product pages and at checkout.

Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid from 10:00am on 9th April 2025 until 23:59 BST on 23rd April 2023 ("Promotion Period").
WatchGecko reserves the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise modify the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all customers purchasing via the official WatchGecko website. No minimum purchase is required. The Promotion is valid while stocks of Eligible Products last.

Discount Application
The 20% discount is already reflected in the product’s listed price and will not require the use of a promotional code. The discount applies only to the Eligible Products and does not apply to any other items or categories.

Stock Availability
All offers are subject to availability. In the event that an Eligible Product is out of stock during the Promotion Period, WatchGecko is under no obligation to extend the promotion, restock the item, or offer a rain check or substitute product at the discounted price.

Exclusions
Is not valid on non-Ridge straps, accessories, or other product categories;
Is not redeemable for cash or credit;
Does not apply to delivery or shipping charges, which will be calculated separately at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased under this Promotion are subject to WatchGecko’s standard returns policy. In the event of a return, refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price paid, not the original full price.

Modification and Termination
WatchGecko reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion (or any part of it), including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice, for any reason at its sole discretion.

Add Items to Your Cart: Browse our website and add the products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Bag" button.

Enter Your Discount Code: On the right-hand side of the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled "Discount code" this is where you'll need to enter your discount code.

Apply the Discount: Type or paste your discount code into the field. Double-check the code to ensure it's entered correctly then click the "Apply" button.

Here are some steps and tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:

Double-Check the Code: Make sure you've entered the discount code correctly.

Review Code Details: Check the terms and conditions associated with the discount code. Some codes may have specific requirements such as a minimum purchase amount or products from a particular category.

Cart Items: Ensure that the items in your cart align with the requirements of the discount code. If the code is only valid for certain products, make sure your cart contains those items.

Browser or Device: Sometimes, issues can arise due to browser cache or device settings. Try using a different browser or device to apply the code.

Expiration Date: Verify that the discount code is still within its valid period. Expired codes won't be accepted.

Newsletter Codes: If the discount code was sent via our newsletter, ensure that you're using the same email address that is subscribed to our newsletter.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, we're unable to apply a discount code after the order has been confirmed.

At this stage, our system locks in the details of your purchase, including the pricing, to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
