Nodus is recognized for their audacious and modern approach to traditional watch styles, and the Sector Pilot is no exception. This timepiece offers a contemporary rendition of the classic pilot's watch, complete with all the essential functions required by a frequent traveller.
Featuring an easily readable high-contrast dial, the Sector Pilot boasts white hands and markers filled with Super-LumiNova, ensuring visibility in any lighting conditions. Additionally, the watch includes a useful day/date display. To enhance the aesthetics, Nodus has integrated a stepped dial and a sloped minute track, adding a visually appealing height element to the overall design plus introducing a white cross-hair to the 2023 version balancing aesthetics perfectly.
The case measures 39mm in diameter and 47mm lug-to-lug. The bidirectional bezel overhangs the case by a millimetre to make it easy to grip, and is available in a stainless steel finish. The steel case features an engraved screw-down crown and case back for up to 100 metres of water resistance. Meanwhile, a mix of brushed and polished surfaces help the Sector Pilot tread the line between formal and functional.
An oversized crown helps with winding the reliable Seiko NH36 movement, providing 41 hours of power reserve. Nodus have taken the time to regulate the movement in four positions, which makes the watch accurate to +/- 10 secs/day. The Sector Pilot watch also comes with a quick-release steel bracelet with the engraved Nodus logo on the clasp.
