"The fascination of details:
The new TOURBILLON Tremblage by Moritz Grossmann stands for the aesthetics of numerous crafting techniques and sophisticated, perfect mechanics."
A new release is now available from the creative visionaries behind Moritz Grossmann. Manufactured in Glashütte, the new model is proudly said to be the joint work of many talented hands. The final result is the creation of an exceptional new timepiece, the Tourbillon Tremblage.

The dial of the Tourbillon Tremblage is a very special feature indeed, a multi-part construction made of German silver in a symmetrical design. The inner part uses a historical technique, founded on the visions and abilities of great craftspeople, past and present, and cementing Moritz Grossmann as a watchmaker whose creations are long-lasting and timelessly stylish. It has been hand-engraved using a variety of burins. This is where the watch takes its name from: the trembling motion of the tools as they move across the metal.

The first challenge the watchmakers will have faced is ensuring an even look can be achieved, despite the ‘trembling’. The aim is an aesthetic that is both rough and matt, which has been achieved to perfection. Each of the dial parts are then galvanised in ‘black-or’, a distinct anthracite colour. The processing of the dial, from engraving to finishing, takes several days to accomplish and is a clear demonstration of the high standard of craftsmanship Moritz Grossmann possess.

The new Tourbillon Tremblage will premiere in two versions. One with a case in rose, the other a stunning white gold. The hands of each will be rose gold, or steel, respectively. The rose gold model comes on a charming brown alligator leather strap, with the white gold version looking suave on its black, alligator-leather counterpart.

The hands have been manually crafted from 750/000 gold in the rose gold edition and from polished steel in the white gold iteration. The handcrafted hands give clever hints of their functions: the small hand is made delicately, whereas the hour hand is stouter in its design. With Arabic numerals in white and extremely delicately tapered hands, the Tourbillon Tremblage clearly showcases the Glashütte standards, both in terms of its aesthetics and precision.

Both versions are available now at an extremely limited run of 8 pieces per colourway.
